The Share

Vitec has issued two series of shares A and B. Voting at the General Meeting will be of Class A shares (A- shares ) which carry ten votes and of Series B (B - share) who carry one vote. On  December 31 2015, the total number of shares of Vitec was 29 396 690 , of which 4 000 000 A-shares and 25 396 690 B-shares. A-shares are not annotated.
Vitec's B-shares are traded on NASDAQ OMX, Stockholm under the ticker VIT B and ISIN code SE0007871363 . The minimum trade is one (1) B-share.

Share price and turnover

In 2014, shares were traded at a total value of 132,1  (99,7) million SEK. This meant that each business day, an average of 4 879 (4 902) shares with a value of 542 334(397 354) SEK and that 26,2 % (27,2) of the total amount of shares were traded during the year. The closing price in 2014 was 132,00 SEK/share while the closing price in 2013 was 88,50 SEK/share . Vitec's B share is listed on NASDAQ OMX, Stockholm. For Class B sharesthe highest price was 144,50 SEK/share on October 1 and the lowest was 87,00 SEK/share on April 23.

Liquidity Guarantee

A Liquidity Guarantee ensures a specific spread, ie the difference between the bid and ask price, while liquidity is added in the order book through a guaranteed minimum volume of shares on the buy and sell side. A liquidity guarantee is in the current and prospective shareholders' best interests. The interest in trading in the company's share increases when the transaction cost and risk in the trading of shares decreases. This leads to a more accurate pricing and valuation of the company. Dividend

Shareholders of Vitec has every year since 2003 received dividends. At the board meeting May 16, 2011 Vitec decided to adopt a dividend policy whereby the company will aim to shareholders annually award the lowest 1/3-del of profit after tax. In assessing the scope for dividend must always take into account the company's financing needs, capital structure and financial position.
